Buying a first home in London can be financially challenging. At The Haywoods Group, we are committed to putting home ownership within reach of those who could not otherwise afford to buy. The Haywoods Group is a registered Help to Buy developer, certified by the Homes and Communities Agency to provide affordable housing. On qualifying developments with unit prices below £600,000, we work with HM Government to help first-time buyers realise their dream of home ownership.

The London scheme provides an equity loan worth up to 40% of the purchase price inside of Greater London. This enables the buyer to purchase a new home with a deposit of just 5% and a mortgage for the remaining 55% of the purchase price. The national scheme provides an equity loan of up to 20% and requires a mortgage for the remaining 75%.
